Projektno srečanje v Dublinu 10. in 11. maj 2022

Četrto PLA srečanje v okviru projekta PRALINE so gostili irski partnerji iz Education and Training Boards Ireland (ETBI). Srečanje je potekalo v prostorih Liberties College v Dublinu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Predstavniki partnerjev sodelujočih v projektu PRALINE

Uvodoma nas je nagovoril generalni direktor ETBI-ja, g. Paddy Lavelle. ETBI je nacionalni predstavniški organ, priznan s strani ministrstva pristojnega za področje izobraževanja in zastopan s šestnajstimi decentraliziranimi enotami po celotni državi.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sledili so primeri dobrih praks na Irskem, vsi nekako povezani z izobraževanjem in usposabljanjem ranljivejših skupin učečih se. Prva govornica, ga. Loraine Downey, je predstavila predpise, ki so nastali kot odgovor na jezikovne potrebe migrantskih skupnosti v Dublinu in delila primere dobrih praks. Naslednja predstavitev g. Michaela Donohoe-ja je temeljila na praktični rabi nacionalnih strategij poznavanja in rabe angleškega jezika, ki zagotavljajo bolj aktivno vključenost nadaljnjega izobraževanja manj izobraženih in nezaposlenih migrantskih delavcev. Naslednji predavatelj je bil g. Fergus Craddock, ki je izpostavil aktualni primer povezan z vojno v Ukrajini in s prihodom številnih migrantov na Irsko ozemlje ter izzive, s katerimi se srečujejo na področju pomoči pri izobraževanju migrantov.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Zadnji primer dobre prakse je predstavila ga. Roisin Doherty, predstavnica SOLAS-a, ki je koordinatorska institucija na področju izobraževanja odraslih na Irskem. Izpostavila je pomen vključenosti vseh ranljivih skupin in ljudi vseh narodnosti v kakršen koli sistem nadaljnjega izobraževanja, zlasti na področju poznavanja jezika, za vsakodnevne ali poslovne namene. Njihova vizija je, da je vsem potrebno dati priložnost, da se izpopolnjujejo na področjih, ki jih zanimajo in za katere čutijo, da jim lahko pomagajo pri uresničevanju njihovih osebnih ali poslovnih ciljev.

Zadnja dejavnost PLA srečanja v Dublinu je bila delavnica kreativnega razmišljanja, kjer smo spoznali, kako pomembno je skupinsko razmišljanje in sodelovanje na vseh nivojih na področju poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja, saj se na ta način najbolj približamo  tako učečim se kot tudi snovalcem izobraževalnih programov. Sodelovanje in povezovanje vseh akterjev na področju izobraževanja je ključ do uspeha.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Delavnica kreativnega razmišljanja


Projektno srečanje v Lizboni

Tretje PLA srečanje v okviru projekta PRALINE, je potekalo  14. in 15. marca v Lizboni. Tokrat smo bili v gosteh pri Escola de Comércio de Lisboa, kjer smo v uvodu spoznali šolo, njihove projekte, vključevanje odraslih v njihove izobraževane programe ter sodelovanje s trgom dela. Ogledali smo si prostore šole, med katerimi so še zlasti pomembni učni laboratoriji (recepcija, prodajalna, modni atelje idr.) v katerih poteka praktično usposabljanje izobraževalcev.

Alexandra Teixteira, direktorica oddelka za kvalifikacije odraslih (Nacionalna agencija za kvalifikacije in poklicno usposabljanje), je izpostavila izzive s katerimi se soočajo odrasli udeleženci izobraževanj na Portugalskem in vladne ukrepe na področju izobraževanja odraslih. Primer dobre prakse sodelovanja med izobraževalnimi institucijami in trgom dela so nam predstavile Rita Alves in Joana Santiao s Centra za kvalifikacije ter Andreia Lopes, direktorica HR v podjetju Lidl (za osrednjo regijo). Navdihujoče je bilo prisluhniti, kako podjetje spodbuja svoje zaposlene k nadaljnjemu izobraževanju in usposabljanju, saj vsako leto omogočijo (in financirajo) izobraževanje več kot 100 zaposlenim.

Predstavitev metodologij in praks v izobraževanju odraslih Huga Martinesa, je predstavljala uvod v delo v skupinah, kjer smo se posvečali izzivom s katerimi se soočajo izobraževalne institucije na eni strani in odrasli izobraževalci na drugi.  Kam bo usmerjeno izobraževanje odraslih, kako zagotoviti kakovostno, personalizirano izobraževanje, kako v izobraževanje vključiti najranljivejše so le nekatera vprašanja na katera bomo osredotočeni v nadaljevanju projektu in pri iskanju primerov dobrih praks.

 


 

Get Started – short project overview

Praline project is fostering European cooperation between different providers and stakeholders on adult education generally and Strengthening and enlarging the existing network/association of EUproVET.
Praline project is fostering European cooperation between different providers and stakeholders on adult education generally and Strengthening and enlarging the existing network/association of EUproVET.
One of the primary general objectives of this project is establishment, development and strengthening of the networks associated with the partner organisations in order to support regional, national and international collaboration with an aim of promoting Adult Learning Education. Development and strengthening of the networks will in turn strengthen the existing EUproVET network, a representational platform for European VET and Adult Education providers’ associations at both national or regional level. The project has the dual purpose of expanding the reach of EUproVET as a policy platform of VET and Adult Learning providers by including new representative partners from 7 countries and work across the 12 partner countries to share best practices around some of the pressing concerns and challenges of Adult Learning, that are ticked in the boxes, like reaching out to policy level, lifelong learning, new competences (ICT), inclusion and new educational methods (Read more…).

Kick off, part 1 online with general information about the project and the rules

December 2020
The purpose of a kickoff meeting was to lay the foundation for a successful project. All the participants introduced themselves and described the situation in their country regarding Lifelong Learning, what are the main challenges for Lifelong Learning, and their expectations for this project. Partners discussed about project roles, finances and main tasks/obligations. As it was not possible to have this kick off conference in a face to face setting due to the Covid pandemic, it was decided to split the kick off meeting in two sessions, as it would last otherwise too long.

Kick off, part 2 online with information about GPs from Spain (FPEmpresa and Ikaslan) and about the reforms in Finland

February 2021
In the 2nd part of the kick off meeting project, partners got an overview about adult education in Spain, presented by the Spanish partner FPEmpresa. Then, instruments, approaches and good practices in adult learning in the Autonomous Region of the Basque Country were presented by another Spanish partner, Ikaslan, through a lifelong Learning perspective from a company, Vocational Education and Training Centres, Lifelong Learning Service, Basque Act 1/2013, etc. Last but not the least the Finnish educational reform was presented. Finnish project partners gave a presentation about the basic elements of this reform, including some advantages and disadvantages from the practice with included different points of view from the angles of VET providers, employers, individuals, politicians and administration.

PLA 1: PRALINE holds its first PLA on sustainability in the field of lifelong learning

May 2021

The session was hosted by the French project partner. The main theme was Europe and the challenges of sustainability, greening and circular economy. Project partners presented examples of good practices in the field of Territoire apprenant, inclusion and Education for Green deal through VET providers.

Unfortunately the Turkish partner REDVET did not participate at this session, as they decided to leave the project. It became too complicated to show the relation between the employer of the involved staff, which is the national Ministry, and their role in the Association REDVET, which is an organisation without staff on the payroll.

PLA2: Face to face with GPs from Spain

7.- 8. October 2021
The FPEmpresa VET Schools Association has been the organisation in charge of hosting the celebration of the second PLA of the project PRALINE, which took place at the beginning of October in the city of Valencia. This has been the first face-to-face activity carried out since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, it has been very special for all the participants (Read more).
